Refund policy
All sales are final, no refunds or returns are accepted.
If there is a problem with your order we will work with you to quickly take care of the problem. Please be considerate and contact us first to resolve any issues. You have 8 days after the delivery date to notify me of any issues. If communication occurs after those 8 days I am unable to assist with any order issues.
Mold defects happen. If you receive a defective mold the options are either a store credit for the product amount OR I would be happy to put a replacement into a future order. Subject to the 8 day delivery rule.
Bear Mountain Designs is not responsible for items that are broken or torn during use.
