Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays.
I will always give a heads up if I will be out out of the office for longer than two business days.

* If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and Route Package Protection was purchased at the time of checkout please contact them directly to file a claim or Click Here 

** If Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact USPS directly to find your package or file a claim.

*** Bear Mountain Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders if Route Package Protection was not selected at the time of checkout. 

All orders get a confirmation through email and another one for when it has shipped.
* If you don't get these please check your junk folder.
* If you are worried about not receiving the email please make sure you create a login before placing your order so that you can log in and check the status/tracking information of your order.
